A gantry crane imposes moving loads that a static roof calculation misses entirely. Column bases get designed for surge, not just dead weight.
Floor loading and flatness
Racking and machine bases dictate slab thickness and flatness tolerance. This is specified before pour, because it cannot be corrected after.
Clear height and spans
Set by material handling and stacking, confirmed against your equipment drawings rather than assumed.
Production continuity
On operating sites, the programme runs backwards from your shutdown window. Phased handover keeps lines running.

How fast can a shed be delivered?
A straightforward 30,000 sq ft PEB shed can be delivered in around 8–10 months including foundations, subject to steel lead times. Phased handover can bring the first bay into use sooner.
Do you work on operating sites?
Yes. It changes the sequencing significantly — work is planned around shutdown windows and production access, and priced accordingly.
